
Hubert lake is located one mile southeast of Nisswa and has a total of 1294 acres, with a maximum depth of 83 feet. There is a public access located on the southwest side of the lake. Hubert has an above average water clarity of 14 feet. Hubert like other lakes in the area are overshadowed by the Gull lake chain. This makes Hubert a local favorite for boating and fishing without the crowds.
Hubert has a variety of fish which includes the rare smallmouth bass along with bullhead, crappie, sunfish, bowfin, bullhead, largemouth bass, northern pike, perch, and walleye.
This area is known for the virgin White and Red Pines that surround the lake. Which gives the "Up North" cabin atmosphere.
