Kay has a Master's Degree in Nursing and graduated from The College of St. Scholastica. She taught Nursing for several years in the college system. Kay has been honored as Faculty Emeritus. Recently She changed jobs to join her husband (Joe) and son (Taylor) in Real Estate. The Fitterer Team has received the top Centurion Award for production from Century 21 in 2003 and 2004. In 2006 received the Gold Medallion/Multi Million Dollar Club Award from Century 21. 

Kay's strenghts are: Professional Ethics, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Time Management and Organizational Skills. She is a Team Player, and a Good Listener that enjoys working with Clients. **Kay's newest study and Practice has been using FENG SHUI CONCEPTS when assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Recently, Kay became Certified in Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates Real Estate.

Kay enjoys family time especially with her two granddaughters.  She also enjoys travel, boating and golfing. Kay is an active member of the Nisswa Women's Club and Bible Fellowship Study.
