Joe is a graduate of Minnesota State Mankato University with a BA degree and graduate classes in Business and Psychology. Joe has been in the real estate business since 1977 in the Brainerd Lakes area. An active member of many commitees in the Realtors' Association, Joe has served as it's President and was chosen as the local "Realtor of the Year" in 1995. Joe taught Ethics for Real Estate for many years and is Certified in Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates Real Estate.

He has over 1,000 satisfied customers and clients who have benefited from his role in assisting them to buy or sell real estate. Presently, Joe is working with the Fairview Planning and Zoning as an Advisor. There are three things that make Joe tick: his family, helping buy and sell real estate, and playing golf. Joe and his wife Kay live on Gull Lake's Wilson Bay.
