Viewing listings with The Fitterer Team
We give our clients a public handout for each property and encourage them to write down what they liked and didn't like about each property, which helps to reduce the multiple showings to just a few to make an offer on.

When you find the property 
The Fitterer Team will write up a Purchase Agreement Offer with terms and conditions of YOUR CHOICE. You write out a check for earnest money (sign of good faith that you are a serious buyer). The Fitterer Team presents the Purchase Agreement Offer to the seller and the seller's agent. The seller may accept as is or Counter offer the Purchase Agreement terms and/or conditions. (Examples: price, close date) Then You , the buyer, along with the Fitterer Team if all is signed as is, continue to plan, and prepare ,for closing (home inspection, water, septic tests, bank appraisal etc.  If counter offer, you, the buyer look over and decide to accept new terms and conditions or counter offer again until agreement is reached.  In case, no agreement to terms or conditions can be attained, your earnest money is returned and the Purchase Agreement is terminated and the BUYING SEARCH CONTINUES.....
