Our office is located on Edgewood drive (service road parrel to hwy 371), six blocks north of Hwy 210 and Hwy 371 intersection in Baxter, MN. Baxter is adjacent to Brainerd the two cities have a combined population of over seventeen thousand year round residents.

To get to our office from the South.  Take hwy 371 north into Baxter, go west (left) onto Excelsior and go north (right) onto Edgewood drive and go four blocks north to Century 21 Brainerd Realty building on left.

To get to our office from the North.  Take hwy 371 south into Baxter, go west (right) on Clearwater and south (left) onto Edgewood drive and go one block south to Century 21 Brainerd Realty building on right.

To get to our office from the West.  Take hwy 210 east into Baxter. Turn north (left) onto hwy 371 go two blocks north and go west (left) onto Excelsior and north (right) onto Edgewood Drive and go four blocks north to Century 21 Brainerd Realty building on left.

To get to our office from the East. Take hwy 210 west through Brainerd into Baxter.  Turn North (right) onto hwy 371 go two blocks and turn west (left) onto Excelsior and right onto Edgewood Drive and go Four blocks north to Century 21 Brainerd Realty building on left.
