Taylor always made a point to let us know that he was there working for us and willing to do anything we asked. This is great when you work 16 hours a day. Taylor had coordinated inspections so that we would not be bothered with these types of details. After selling the property we had a problem. We made a call to Taylor and immediately he and Joe were involved to rectify the situation. Everything that the Fitterer's do is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
